How does it work?

CALflow enables highly competitive transport companies to significantly improve their bottom-line by saving time, reducing staff costs and enhancing decision-making across their time-poor drivers.

Principally focussed on any business that offers a delivery service, CALflow is a Software as a solution (SaaS) delivery assistance application. It is a subscription-based SaaS application, linked to blockchain providing a real-world and easy-to-digest application of Big Data.

CALflow transforms the way delivery companies work by providing them frictionless ways to complete deliveries and observe their efficiencies. It does this visually through multiple functions including virtual driver, schedule efficiency maximisation reviews and route analysis.

CALflow has an incomparable subscription cost relative to the two main App based delivery providers in this space.

What's a DDC on Blockchain?

CALflow's smartphone application applies a fintech solution to the delivery process, by creating a Digital Delivery Certificate (DDC) for B2B deliveries, where these deliveries are made under a contract between the Supplier and the Buyer.

The DDC contains typical data a paper docket would carry, together with tracking and quality data, and the commercial value of the delivery, along with a record of the digital handshake and acceptance between buyer and supplier. This enables the DDC to serve as an invoice component.

To ensure the DDC remains valid and accurate, and can be relied upon by third parties, the DDC is written to a private blockchain, which provides a single source of truth.

Simply download the CALflow app onto any iPhone or Android phone, sign-in and you're ready to go - it's that simple.

Sign On Glass Capability

CALflow enables delivery approval to be obtained immediately through its sign-on-glass technology, an on-the-spot proof of delivery feature that gives you a competitive edge by saving time and money.

It also results in a digital delivery certificate (DDC) to be instantly created on which a picture as photo proof of the goods delivered can be attached.

Other CALflow products can be linked to the DDC (see CALcash).

User friendly - Even For Contractors

CALflow works on any smartphone or mobile device, so you don't need to provide bulky hand units that are limited in number to new staff or contractors. They simply need their smartphones and download the CALflow App. It's so easy you can scale quickly even if you're using contractors.

Paperless and customizable

CALflow is fully paperless with seamless connectivity to your dispatch systems or ERP via API or soft file uploads. All driver delivery details are listed on the CALflow app's scheduler. Your driver can capture a digital signature/photo proof and choose to add in remarks for each delivery – easily and hassle-free.

The resulting Digital Delivery Certificate (DDC) can be fully customised to include such things as address, delivery time, instructions, recipient name, order number, item description, SKU, and quantity. Unsuccessful or partial deliveries and damages can be recorded in the app's "Notes" section and downloaded into a PDF document.
